The Anti-Sunset

I was already late. I wanted to stop by the refuge before I go to this month’s camera club meeting. I already knew exactly where I wanted to go, and nothing would stop me. Pity because I drove by what would be probably the best light that afternoon. Oh well. Pretty happy with what I got that evening.

For those who may be wondering what the “Anti-Sunset” means. Two things; I’m a fan of the band Anthrax, “Antisocial”. Two, those images where taken not from the west (sunset).

    Nice evening shots, Mike! More and more I am looking away from the sunset and now and then find some interesting stuff…found some really cool anticrepuscular rays in early summer – http://bigskyken.wordpress.com/2013/06/30/ray-who/
