Setting Moon at Lake Yosemite

A few days ago we had another full moon. From experience, I know photographing the full moon AND having some interesting feature with the full moon is near impossible, at least hear in town. The best time is a few days before and/or a few days after the full moon. Using The Photographer’s Ephemeris software, I can find were the moon (and sun) will be on a given day. I wanted to have a local “icon”, and anybody familiar with Merced has probably visited Lake Yosemite at least one time. What makes this interesting is the old tower. Its said to be haunted too, but I’m not a believer.
