			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Went out to San Luis NWR near Los Banos, CA to see how the water is (for waterfowl) and to see how the Tule Elk are doing. While I was driving the 5-mile loop around the refuge, I saw this &#8220;hawk&#8221; feeding. I took a few pictures; drove closer, a few more pictures etc. I got close enough, but not too close and got some good photos as he finished some type of bird. </p>
