Bridalveil Falls in Color and Black & White

Bridalveil Falls from Tunnel View, Yosemite
Bridalveil Falls in the Fog

As I mentioned on my previous blog entry, Bridalveil Falls in the Fog, it was a pretty foggy afternoon in Yosemite Valley. Since I had time, I just kept waiting for brief clearings in the fog. This image was taken about a half-hour after the first image I posted yesterday.

Since I like the tones of the color version, I wanted to see what a black and white conversion would look like. I’d like to know which version you prefer!

I like the color version better. The natural sepia gives it a very antique feel.

Funny you should mention the Sepia, Brian. I played around with converting it to a Sepia too!
