“Cathedral Rocks”

About the Day

Went up to Yosemite on Friday to meet some of the members of a photography forum. We met at the Bridalveil Falls parking lot at 8 AM. I figured I’d get up early and see if I could capture something before we all met. I decided on Cathedral Rocks. Since I was only had a few minutes, I couldn’t stay until the whole Cathedral Rock formation was in the sun. I wanted to get closer to the water, but there was a fence and I didn’t think I should cross the meadow. I did like the morning mist rising in the water though!
