I stopped by the Great Valley Grasslands State Park Thursday morning on my way to my appointment at Stanford. When I first walked to where I thought I would shoot the sunrise, I heard splashing and saw the occasional head or tail above the water. I didn’t plan on taking any photos of the Beavers because they were too far away, and I wanted to shoot landscapes. I composed a few photos by the river and I can see a Beaver dragging a branch through the water. Since I was sitting on my camera bag (the ground was wet), I didn’t want to get up in fear of him getting scared and leaving. I finally decided to try, so I switched lenses and got this.
